AASECT Certified Sex Therapists, Relationships & LGBTQ+ Counselors

Telehealth/Video Sessions for Colorado Residents

DO YOU want to spend less time in your head and more time in bed?

Do you want to shake that feeling of shame or unworthiness?

Are you wanting stronger connection, communication, trust and intimacy?

We get so many messages about sex and relationships that it’s hard to tell what’s healthy and what makes the most sense for our own wants and needs. Our lives are so busy, we can wake up one day and realize that we aren’t as connected with others and ourselves as we’d like to be. People who work with me often tell me that they are successful and confident in most areas of their life, but sex is an area they feel like a failure or broken.

As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I work with individuals and relationships in all relationship structures including open relationships, ethical non-monogamous, poly, swinging, monogamous, casual and/or long-term relationships.

Whether you’re worried about being sexually inexperienced, newly exploring kink or a seasoned member of the BDSM community, you will find a safe space in my (virtual) office to learn about yourself and grow without judgment. You won’t have to spend your session time educating me or wondering if I will be comfortable with your truth.

Transparency and honoring your time is important, and it is your right as a client in therapy to ask questions, stop therapy at any time and request a Good Faith Estimate for what your costs for therapy may be.

Nothing excites or ignites me more than helping people to find and live their authentic selves, free of shame and unnecessary guilt. Healthier relationships, more pleasure, freedom from pain and shame as well as more enjoyable sex are possible through therapy.

Please note: No nudity or sexual/romantic interaction of any kind will occur in session

Sex therapy is the practice of “talk” mental health therapy with an emphasis on sexual themes.
Sexual or romantic interaction within a therapist-client relationship is illegal and unethical.

I know how scary it can be to reach out to any therapist, let alone to discuss matters that few (if any) people know about. As someone who specializes in sex therapy, I have extensive, specific training and experience in meeting clients where they are across an expansive and limitless diversity of expressions and identities. I don’t kink-, sex work- or poly- shame.

Your relationship to sex, intimacy and stress can be easier and, dare I say, fun again. And even better, you are just a few easy clicks away from setting up a free 15-minute phone consultation:
